5-Client AI Service Blueprint

One clear result at $2,000 a month. Five client slots. A delivery system where every AI employee has one job and you control the final quality.

Start with the math
1 Clear result
$2,000 Per client
5 Client slots
= Simple math
$10,000 Per month

$10,000 is a gross monthly revenue target before business costs and tax. This blueprint is a model, not an income guarantee.

// Five client slots
Gross monthly revenue target $10,000
5 × $2,000
01 - The money

Do not build five different businesses.

Build one useful result, give it a clear boundary, then sell the same delivery system into five slots. The client buys the result. Your AI setup stays in the background.

Same result: a Monday content batch Same input: one recording each week Same price: $2,000 per month Same system: four focused AI employees Your job: final quality and client trust
// The $2,000 offer

Monthly Content System

Every Monday, the client gets one ready-to-publish content batch.

Client input: one recording each week, plus the current offer, call to action, and anything that cannot be said.

3 Ready-to-publish posts
2 Edited vertical clips
1 Email

Included

  • One source recording each week
  • Posts, clips, email, and captions
  • One Monday delivery folder
  • One consolidated revision pass

Not included

  • Filming the source recording
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Daily community management
  • Views, leads, or sales guarantees

Five-client weekly load: 5 recordings in, then 15 posts, 10 clips, and 5 emails out. Run this manually before selling it. If you cannot protect the quality, reduce the scope before you add a client.

Minimum working setup: Claude for the four focused jobs, the video editor you already use to export the two clips, and one shared client folder. Add connections only after the manual handoffs work.

02 - The offer

Sell Monday, not AI.

Nobody wakes up wanting another AI tool. They want the missed weeks gone. They want every post ready on Monday. They want one recording turned into the content they need without doing the slow work themselves.

This offer makes that result concrete. The output counts are a starting package. Keep them only if you can deliver the same standard every week.

Outcome: consistent weekly visibility Mechanism: one recording becomes many assets Boundary: fixed outputs and one revision pass Client experience: one clean Monday delivery

03 - The delivery map

Give each AI employee one job.

Do not build one giant prompt that tries to do everything. Each employee gets one input, does one kind of work, and hands one clean output to the next step.

Employee 01

Research

Finds the usable ideas inside the recording and builds a source-safe brief.

Gets
Recording or transcript, client brief, current offer, and no-go claims.
Returns
Key ideas, proof from the source, strong angles, exact quotes, and anything that needs verification.
Never does
Invents a statistic, quote, customer result, or fact.
Employee 02

Writing

Turns the approved brief into three posts and one email in the client's voice.

Gets
Approved research brief, voice examples, offer, and call to action.
Returns
Three ready-to-publish posts, one email, and a clear label for the source idea behind each asset.
Never does
Adds claims that are not in the approved brief.
Employee 03

Repurposing

Finds two complete clip moments and builds the exact cut package for a vertical export.

Gets
Recording, transcript, approved research brief, and target platform.
Returns
Two clip selections, exact timestamps when available, clean hooks, captions, and edit notes.
Never does
Invents timestamps or cuts the speaker into a claim they did not make.
Employee 04

Revisions

Applies the client's written feedback without quietly rewriting everything else.

Gets
Named asset, original version, and one consolidated feedback list.
Returns
Revised asset, short change log, and any feedback that conflicts with the source or scope.
Never does
Changes approved sections that the client did not ask to change.
Final gate

You

You own the final quality. Check every claim, every clip, the client's voice, the current call to action, and the promised output count. If you start with Claude alone, you also render the two cut packages in your existing video editor before this check. The AI removes slow work. It does not own the client relationship or the final approval.

// Weekly delivery clock Ready every Monday
Wednesday You

Send the recording reminder

Confirm the week's topic, offer, call to action, and anything time-sensitive.

Thursday Client

Recording arrives by the agreed cutoff

One source file goes into the same intake folder every week.

Thursday Research AI

Build the source-safe brief

Pull the ideas, proof, exact language, and anything that needs a human check.

Friday Writing + repurposing

Create the weekly batch

Writing makes three posts and one email. Repurposing creates two exact cut packages. You export the two clips in your existing video editor.

Friday You

Run final quality control

Verify the source, voice, offer, call to action, clip context, filenames, and output count.

Monday You

Deliver one clean folder

The client sees the result, not the machinery behind it.

Tuesday Revisions AI + you

Close the revision pass

Apply one consolidated feedback list, check it, and return the final named files.

04 - The weekly clock

Make the handoff boring.

Five clients only feels small when every client uses the same intake day, file naming rule, delivery day, feedback format, and revision boundary.

If one client needs a different process every week, you do not have a repeatable service yet.

Recording: one source file each week Voice: three approved examples Offer: current product and call to action No-go list: claims and phrases to avoid Feedback: one consolidated list
05 - Start with Claude

Run it manually before you connect anything.

Open four separate Claude chats or workspaces. Give each one the matching prompt below. Use your existing video editor for the two final clip exports. Move every output from one step to the next yourself until the weekly checklist works without hidden steps.

The rule: do not connect the steps because the demo looked good once. Connect a handoff only after you can repeat the manual version, name the exact input and output, and catch a bad result before it reaches the client.
Claude prompt 01: Research Employee
Paste into a separate Claude chat
You are the Research Employee for [CLIENT].

Your only job is to turn one weekly recording and the current client brief into a source-safe content brief.

Use only the facts, examples, positions, and language present in the files I give you. Do not add statistics, quotes, customer results, or claims. If something needs outside verification, label it NEEDS HUMAN CHECK.

Return:
1. The five strongest ideas from the recording
2. The exact source passage for each idea
3. One useful angle for each idea
4. Exact quotes worth preserving
5. Claims or details that need a human check
6. A recommended order for this week's three posts, one email, and two clips

Do not write the final assets. Stop after the research brief.
Claude prompt 02: Writing Employee
Paste into a separate Claude chat
You are the Writing Employee for [CLIENT].

Your only job is to turn an approved research brief into three ready-to-publish posts and one email.

Use the client's approved voice examples. Use only claims from the approved brief. Keep the language plain. Do not add hype, statistics, proof, or promises that are not in the brief.

For each asset:
1. Name the source idea
2. Write one clear hook
3. Build one useful point
4. End with the current approved call to action

Return:
- Post 1
- Post 2
- Post 3
- Email subject
- Email preheader
- Email body
- A short source note under each asset

Do not select clips and do not revise old assets. Stop after the writing package.
Claude prompt 03: Repurposing Employee
Paste into a separate Claude chat
You are the Repurposing Employee for [CLIENT].

Your only job is to find and package the two strongest standalone vertical clips from this week's recording.

Use the recording, transcript, approved research brief, and target platform. Keep the speaker's meaning intact. Do not splice words into a claim the speaker did not make. If the transcript has no timestamps, say TIMESTAMPS REQUIRED instead of inventing them.

For each clip return:
1. Start and end timestamp
2. Exact opening line
3. Why the clip works on its own
4. Tight cut notes, with words to remove clearly marked
5. On-screen title
6. Caption
7. Current approved call to action

Do not write the posts or email. Stop after two clip packages.
Claude prompt 04: Revisions Employee
Paste into a separate Claude chat
You are the Revisions Employee for [CLIENT].

Your only job is to apply one consolidated feedback list to the named asset.

You will receive:
- The original approved source
- The current asset
- The client's written feedback

Change only what the feedback asks you to change. Preserve every approved section that is not mentioned. If a request conflicts with the source, the offer, or the agreed scope, label it HUMAN DECISION REQUIRED.

Return:
1. The revised asset
2. A short line-by-line change log
3. Any feedback not applied and the reason
4. A final check for source accuracy, voice, call to action, and file name

Do not create new assets. Stop after the revision package.
06 - Protect the result

The system is only useful if the client can trust it.

Before any file leaves your hands, run the same release check. This is the work the AI does not get to approve for itself.

Final quality check

Use this on every Monday batch.

  • Every factual claim traces back to the source or a human verification.
  • The writing sounds like the client, not like a generic AI answer.
  • Each clip keeps the speaker's original meaning intact.
  • The current offer and call to action are correct.
  • The package contains exactly three posts, two clips, and one email.
  • File names are obvious and the client knows what to publish first.

Manual version passes when

Do not automate until all six are true.

  • One recording enters through the same intake path.
  • Each AI employee returns the named output and stops.
  • No employee needs secret context that is missing from the handoff.
  • You can spot unsupported claims before the client sees them.
  • The full batch is ready before the Monday deadline.
  • The revision pass changes only what the client requested.
07 - Build the smallest version

Offer first. Manual delivery second. Automation last.

You do not need 20 tools. You need one result that survives a real weekly delivery.

01

Copy the $2,000 offer

Adjust the niche and voice, but keep the result, weekly input, output count, Monday deadline, and revision boundary clear.

02

Run one complete sample batch in Claude and your video editor

Use a real recording you are allowed to use. Move every handoff yourself, export the two clips, and run the final quality check.

03

Fix the checklist, not the output by hand

When a step fails, correct the input, role prompt, or approval rule so the next batch has a better system.

04

Fill the five slots one at a time

Protect the Monday result as you add each client. If quality drops, stop adding clients and repair the delivery map.

05

Connect only the handoffs that already work

The customer should feel a clean result. The machinery belongs in the background.
